Vineyard Compassion

Vineyard Compassion comprehensively support young people who are survivors of abuse, challenged by addiction, are homeless, or those who are child carers through counselling provision. Vineyard Compassion is situated in Coleraine, Northern Ireland, within the Central Ward, one of the most deprived areas in the region. Their counsellors provide individual sessions tailored to each young person’s unique needs.

Vineyard Compassion act as bridges to specialised services when required, ensuring comprehensive care. We have provided funding for equipment used through counselling support for children and young people, items such as comfortable and safe furniture for therapy rooms, therapeutic toys and tools for younger children, art and music therapy supplies and relaxation tools.

Imagine the heartache of a young child, not yet old enough to comprehend the world, burdened by the weight of abuse, addiction, homelessness, or the responsibilities of caring for their family. At Vineyard Compassion, we witness these silent struggles every day in the eyes of the children we serve. They come to us with stories that break the hardest of hearts—stories of pain, resilience, and a desperate plea for a safe space to heal. Your support in providing essential counselling equipment is not just an investment in tools; it's a lifeline for these vulnerable young souls. It’s the hope they cling to in their darkest moments, a beacon of light that promises a future where they can transcend their traumas and thrive. With your help, we can transform our counselling sessions into sanctuaries of healing, ensuring that every child who walks through our doors finds the solace and strength they so desperately need.
