About the7stars

the7stars foundation was established in 2016 by the7stars, the UK’s leading independent media agency.
Our Trustees & Director
Jenny Biggam
Trustee
Jenny set up the7stars alongside Mark Jarvis in 2005. Since then, Jenny has led the7stars to become the UK’s largest and most successful independent media agency. Jenny is particularly focused on workplace culture and, for the last 10 years, the7stars has been named in the Top Best Companies to Work For. In 2023, the7stars was named as Campaign Magazine’s Best Place to Work.
We work very hard at the7stars to create a successful business that we are proud of. But, if our profits can go towards helping people less fortunate than ourselves, that hard work becomes 100 times more rewarding.
Liam Mullins
Trustee
One of the Managing Partners of the7stars, Liam has 20 years of media and marketing experience. Liam joined the7stars in 2005. His previous roles included Head of Trading and client Team Lead. Liam is now responsible for driving business growth for clients of the7stars through bringing together specialist teams from TV and Digital to Data, Strategy and Insight.
I believe that forward-thinking businesses have a responsibility to give back to the communities that they work in. the7stars foundation can make a real difference to young peoples' lives and being part of that makes me feel extremely proud.
Helen Rose

I’m thrilled to be a part of the7stars foundation – it makes the work we do more rewarding to know that we can help drive positive change through donations, big and small, that make a genuine difference to others less fortunate.
Anuschka Clarke
Trustee
Anuschka has worked in media for over 20 years, and at the7stars for nearly 17 years, where she is a Managing Partner. She initially started her career at Channel 4 in the audience research team, then moved into media, working across entertainment and retail clients.
I wanted to be a trustee so that I could be part of something good – something that gave back to those less fortunate, and that would hopefully make a real difference to people’s lives in the long term. Sharing our success with others is what we are all about.
Nicholas Maddison
Trustee
Nick has worked in media for more than 30 years, and at the7stars as a Managing Partner for over nine years, ensuring best in class client service and possible outputs for clients. Previous to the7stars, Nick ran his own agency, attracting and working with – through innovation, transparency and dedication to service – Samsung, 20th Century Fox and Audi Cars.
I hope that in some way we can give something back to society. That our success, shared through the foundation, will help make a real difference to at least a few individuals – positively impacting the lives they lead.
Rhiannon Murphy
Trustee
Rhiannon is Head of TV at the7stars and has over 17 years of experience working in Broadcast. She started her career at Vizeum Connections as a TV Connection Executive before moving to Manning Gottlieb OMD as a TV Account Director. She prides herself on delivering innovation and ground-breaking partnerships for clients, no matter what the budget, which has been recognised by the industry.
I feel very fortunate as an individual to have the upbringing that I have had. To be able to give others the support and truly make a difference is why the7stars foundation is so important and motivates me on a daily basis.
Alexandra Taliadoros
Director
Alex has run the7stars foundation since its inception. Alex has led grant-making organisations for just under 20 years, supporting a diverse range of topics and needs both in the UK and abroad. Alex is also a trustee for a number of other charities throughout England.
It’s a privilege to be able to support charities working to provide hope and care for the very most vulnerable children in the United Kingdom. Every child deserves a future full of potential and opportunity, as well as happiness and fun. Our funding looks to let children know that they are cared for, and tomorrow is very bright.
